HP Webcam don’t recongnize black people

As shown in the above Youtube clip. This HP computer webcam don’t recongnize any black people, ONLY white people. Is that races?. In opinion, HP has to review again this webcam software after this clip because that could not satisfy customers.
Update: “HP has been informed of a potential issue with the facial-tracking software included on some of its systems, which appears to occur when insufficient foreground lighting is available,” an HP spokesman told BBC News.

Thank you for your feedback. oooh. that’s good that you brought a new mini hp. I already had a mini Dell laptop and its very fanastic. Usually, I use the mini laptop for travel and its always on my car. But I got now the new Macbook pro for my graphic and web designing work.

loooool… I think its from the software from HP. As I have researched BBC article shows that the webcam can only focus on bright colours.
