I would like to thanks Zain Corporate Communications Dept for their email regarding the post “To:Zain” which was placed yesterday.

This is the following email which we have recieved:

Zain is a multi-departmental entity, and as such, follows strict guidelines and procedures especially when it comes to the many proposals and offerings we receive each year.

Should you wish to discuss any matter regarding sponsorship, we strongly advise you to contact the relevant person or department either via email, letter or phone call and take an appointment. Turning up at the gate and handing a letter to the security guard is not the best way to pitch your idea.

Please send your letter  and will be more than happy to review your proposal.

Zain strives to make a Wonderful World for everyone, not only its customers. And as such we will investigate your claims that the security guard’s treatment of visitors to the Zain headquarters fell short of the high standards we expect from our staff when they interact with members of the public. We will investigate the incident and revert back to you directly if you provide us your contacts.
