My Bad Day :(

Today I was in Kuwait City next to Kuwait Stock Exchange building. I parked my car on the land area were is a space for people to park their car. After 1 hour, I haven’t found my car and the rest of the cars in the area. I saw one of the traffic police staff their and he told me that we have removed your car to our department. The went to their department and they told me the area that I parked in is not relevant?? . Until now my car is in their department, and I have to pay 5 KD only for a ticket. So, it is only a small thing, why do they removed my car?, and it’s not blocking the road or any other areas.
This is one of the papers that I should have to get out my car, but their are some I need to do tomorrow, their is a wrong spelled word they need to spell check 
.
Is this Parking area is not allow to park the cars. I think this person is really not understanding the signs . Wallah, it shows “P” that stands for “Parking”. And they took about 10 – 20 cars to their department and one of them are my car

Don’t remember me about what did happened today. I was getting out of NBK headoffice, I was really happy, I went to the area and I saw the police removing the cars and its above 20 cars. I told him were is my car, he told me go to the department. I went and I saw my car with 5 kd ticket loool, I recharge my phone with 10kd. So why he don’t leave th ticket wa 5las. Nas makoo tfkeer specially the police and its open area. I am getting my car inshallah by tomorrow morning and let’s see. Thanks again
This is just wrong in so many levels, the area you parked in is an open area for anyone to park, and I always see cars parking over there, they don’t block any thing so why remove them.
Second OMG what a shock when you got out and saw that your car was gone, I don’t know if I should laugh about this or get angery.
and Third, the car is towed and everything and all you have to pay is 5kd, why don’t they just place the ticket on your windshield instead of towing your car.
and don’t let me start with language mistakes.
