Any idea about mac restart message

As I have post before 3 days about my new macbook pro laptop and this is the first step of using apple products. I am getting this restart message when I input the Wnet device. I did visit the technician service for Wataniya and they have refused to install the new software for mac because I have to buy a new device with the software. As I got the device with the old software on that is not used for mac.

Is there any people has the message restart for mac and know the solution rather than changing the device?.
