It’s time for health. Vitamins is the main types of processes for making the human body to grow. In medical side, their are different types of vitamins that human should have to build their body in the satisfied direction. There are lots of people are not carrying about vitamins, as I have found before one month ago from my recent blood tests that my vitamin D is low than normal and that was from sitting on the PC and not going outside specially in Kuwait its really hot and sun also gives vitamin D. But from research, people who usually work a lot on the PC have to drink milk, yogurt or also go outside for a walk.

These are the generations for Apple devices as Steve Jobs has announced in this following photo. Apple has started with the iPhone in 2008, iPad 2010, iBoard 2012, iMat 2014. The technology is really improving everyday, as Apple is really getting top of the technology devices.
So I’m seeing in the photo the iBoard is usually a larger size of the iPad and the iMat is also larger than the iBoard. I think that the iMat will change of the people’s life and would also keep everyone fit with the new apps tap dance.
Jazeera World Cup channel have to try again in the next World Cup. The reason is that all of the Middle East countries have a technical problem with receiving the signal of the channel. Me too, I were watching the match with my brother today afternoon, and we are keeping receiving “no signal” messages. The Arabian Business has also posted about Jazeera technical problems has faced in the kick off match today afternoon. So try again Jazeera with the next World Cup.
Update: Today morning, I have called one of the technicians, he provide me with an alternative frequency numbers for Jazeera World Cup channel. These frequencies as following:
