This is the third year since when I’m driving and got my driving licenses. Till now I’ve never ever stopped for a “Tafteesh” in Kuwait. Well I really have founded lots of residents driving without driving licenses, where is the Ministry of Interior department, I really recommend them to make some “Taftessh” before Fa6oor and at night. I have also seen some kids in our suburb which drives without a permissions and licenses, this could decrease the risk of car accidents.

Yes, I have also heard before, when any of the policemen finishes their ticket book they will be bonused. But I don’t why their is no tafateesh anymore in Kuwait. Their are hundreds of residents driving without licenses.
From what i gathered i only see Tefateesh in areas where the policemen can give out tickets easily, this is because people tell me that if a cop finishes his ticket book he will get a bonus, but i do not know if this is true.
