I hope anyone from NBK could read this post. I am the most visitor to Rumithiya and Salmiya Branch next to Salmiya Coop. In the last two months I am still finding the ATM machines are not working at night.
Yesterday over than 20 minutes all the Rumithiya customers are waiting to withdraw/deposit in one ATM machine. I have also faced the same problem regally in Salmiya and Rumithiya in the last three months.
I have contacted Hala Watani and they informed me that we cannot do anything about these cases.
I hope you could try to check these branches ATM machines, and at that time there were not any staff under constructing the machines.
