According to me personal knowlege of our culture my understanding is that Tattoo’s would be illegal in kuwait. However me and my friends came across a shop that has tattoos for men clients.

I don’t really know where to get tattoo here in Kuwait. It’s kindly legal to put tattoo, but it is not allowed do it in the public areas.
