Kuwait City is one of the busy place in the morning till mid of afternoon. Today I passed by three parkings buildings at Kuwait City during the period morning and till afternoon. Around 6.30pm I parked my car at Kuwait City AlMubarkiya Building. The building almost empty and scary at night, specially when you believe its a place in nowhere.
The building is really old, horrible, dirty, wobbly lifts and scary. Well, I need to know who own these buildings is the public or private sector. As well, I asked the security guard during paying the ticket, he says we are not allowed to sleep here at late night and I cannot do anything with your complain.
I hope these could be fixed to be used clean and safe for us.
