On last Monday, my Blackberry Touch phone screen got damaged accidentally with water. On my way to Salmiya, I went to Moneera Complex which is popular for phones stores. I passed through couple of stores and most of them told me we need four days to fix it. But one of them told me it will finish today night. I just need the contacts urgently were I don’t own a back-up version copy.

I went at night and he told me come tomorrow night. I went to him today he told me I haven’t finished it still working. Come on, he’s playing with us. Then I saw three customers are complaining the same. The phone was working before, then I took it to Eureka Salmiya they told me the first guy destroyed your board, memory and ram of the device. Also when I opened the device he stolen the battery and some of parts in the board.

I’m really frustrated on these people who thinks they are genius but they don’t know anything. So really never send your devices and anything to these people and pay extra to the dealer to get good service and quality.

So now I will sit by losing 170 contacts.
