Before couple of days I was welcomed to visit XCITE [AlGhanim] Social Media Department. Well, I haven’t been a lot to social media departments in the private sectors. But I was introduced by their Manager and explained their effort of managing the department by strategies, answering messages and measuring the statisitics.
Well, this is the back-end of XCITE social media department with over four members and trying to achieve the vision. Most people thinks that social media can be handle with one person, but the answer is no.
XCITE Social Media is succeeding the best to achieve the customers satisfactions by the social media channels Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. As XCITE is one of the Awarded Facebook Page.
