Majesty King Mswati III of Swaziland in ACK

The Australian College of Kuwait received on Monday 19th October, 2009 at 10am. His Majesty King Mswati III of Swaziland, accompanied by her Royal Highness Queen Make Langangaza, and Royal Delegation including his Excellency Prince Senzangakhona, Swaziland’s Ambassador to Kuwait along with His Excellency Advisor to the Amiri Deewan and Head of Honorary Delegation Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Abu Al Hassan. ACK Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mr. Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Sharhan along with President Professor Vishy Karri and the Senior Executives of ACK received His Majesty and delegation upon arrival to ACK. While on his official visit to the State of Kuwait, His Majesty King Mswati III paid a courtesy visit to ACK where his daughter, Princess Dlamini, has been recently enrolled in the Diploma of Civil Engineering Program. In addition, His Majesty toured ACK’s campus and its most recognized landmarks: ACK’s Aviation Center, and the state-of-the-art facility, the Maritime Simulation Center.
On this occasion, ACK’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mr. Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al Sharhan, expressed his honor for the visit of His Majesty King Mswati III of Swaziland, during his welcoming statement. ACK’s Chairman added “It was indeed our pleasure to receive His Majesty, the Queen, along with their Royal Delegation. We are immensely gratified for His gesture for including ACK during his busy official schedule”. ACK’s Chairman mentioned that: “we were also pleased to have previously received the Queen Mother of Swaziland, Her Majesty Queen Ntombe, on her visit to Kuwait last June”. He further expressed his pleasure in having Her Royal Highness Princess Dlamini, His Majesty’s daughter as an ACK student, enrolled to pursue her studies towards achieving a diploma in Civil Engineering, wishing her the best of luck in fulfilling her academic career at ACK, and a successful future endeavor upon her completion at ACK.
Moreover, in his speech, His Majesty King Mswati III of Swaziland, expressed his appreciation to ACK’s Chairman Mr Al Sharhan and thanked him for hosting him at ACK today and added “I came to visit my Daughter’s College, and I am very impressed with this well –established, well-planned, and well- managed facilities that has been established since 2004.” His Majesty also added “Students will benefit from this College by becoming the best products sent out to the world, and I want my Daughter to be among those. Our People of Swaziland would like to share knowledge and information about ACK in the near future. Although my Daughter is far away from home, I know that she is still at home”.
Following the speeches, ACK’s Chairman Mr. Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al Sharhan presented His Majesty, King Mswati III of Swaziland, a token of honor to commemorate His Majesty’s visit to ACK and hoped to welcome his Majesty again at ACK to attend his daughter’s graduation.
