Today, we have received this news, that announced to give 5000 KD to all Kuwaiti’s that are above 21 years old. And it does not includes me

Yes.. I don’t think they will approve it yet.
It’s only that the committee endorsed the proposal. It’s now entire assembly’s final call to approve it or not.
