Disable People Parking

Today I have seen a very bad habbit for people that are doing here is Kuwait. There are lots of people are not disabled and they are parking there car in disable people parking splot. I would like to send a message to the people and users “PLEASE DON’T PARK IN DISABLE PEOPLE PARKING SPLOT”. Also I hope that the Ministry could increase the price of the ticket if anyone are not disable or not have disbale card because that is not a way to treat people who are disable. Please everyone please forward this message.
