Ministry of Education: Laptop for every student

Finally, the Ministry of Education is trying to create the new electronic education for all the schools in Kuwait. They are planning to give every student a laptop for education. The total of laptops that will be given are 71,000 laptop. I wish that I could return back to school and take my brand new laptop
