In the last couple of months I’m watching and hearing about the new internet service provider (ISP) in Kuwait called “Mada”. Mada provide a new unique feature service, for everyone could be online for just plugging in the router without any data-line. Also it’s unlimited and open band-width.

I’m still haven’t tested or used their service, but I will change to them for my new upcoming office.

Today October 4 2011, was the release day event for launching the new iPhone. Everybody thought-out it would be iPhone 5, but I was disappointed for the iPhone changed to iPhone 4s.

iPhone 4s specifications:

The Apple iphone 4s specs include an upgraded internals, including the new Apple A5 chip and 1 GB of RAM. Apple VP Phil Schiller revealed that it will be the first iPhone with a dual-core processor and dual-core graphics. It is “up to seven times faster” than the previous iPhone, he announced.

The device also contains a new antenna system that allows it to switch between two antennas for better sound quality and download speeds. The theoretical max of the iPhone 4S is a whopping 14.4 Mbps down, a vast increase from the iPhone 4′s theoretical max of 5.8 up and 7.2 down.

The device also contains a new 8-megapixel camera that can take 3264×2448 images, an increase of 60% from the iPhone 4. It is capable of taking in 73% more light than the iPhone 4 and is 33% faster. It includes a redesigned Image Signal Processor that includes auto-face detection and 26% better white balance. It includes a new f2.4 lens for wider shots as well.

Almost four years since VIVA started in Kuwait. Still their terms & conditions for there users haven’t changed. These terms & conditions:

  1. Transferring the line from post-paid to pre-paid – Still no one can change their line from post-paid to pre-paid and the other way round.
  2. Changing subscriber name – If anyone needs to sell or change the subscriber name, you are not allowed to change it by VIVA, till it pass one year.
These two points are really the main terms & conditions for the subscriber. I was really disappointed when I went to their branch to do these two things with my friend. So we had to disactivt the line by losing the cell-line number.

Service Hero, the only index in the Arab world that measures service quality across different sectors or industry categories. Voting for the 2011 Service Hero began yesterday, October 1st, and will continue until November 30th. Over 400 total brands were voted on in 2010, and we hope you help us increase that number for 2011.

Through Service Hero, consumers like you are able to rate service quality for places you frequent, like banks, café or car garage. These votes allow companies to learn about their strengths and weaknesses and how they compare with competitors. Your votes also provide industry averages and an overall country average which can be compared on a global scale.

On Wednesday, the tablet wars began. Up to then, all talk of a “tablet market” was misleading: it was essentially an iPad market.

The Kindle Fire is built on a 7-inch platform that’s relatively free of most of the typical high-end tablet features. It only has 8GB of memory, there’s no Bluetooth, no camera, no 3G, but also no high price.

At $199 the Kindle Fire is designed to be a low-priced 7-inch tablet designed for people who have fairly simple requirements, such as Web browsing, listening to music and reading. Part of the reason it’s so cheap (which is made by Amazon) is that it doesn’t have a lot of features.

Through the last three years, tablet market increased a lot specially most of them has the same features and each company are competitive’s each other.

What I think is the Apple iPad is the “King” till now.
