The new technology is really waste of money and wasting of the lots of expensive in families worldwide. Lines and internet is one of the expenses each person has to face specially if you own more than one device/line.

I own two lines one prepaid and the other one post-paid. I don’t see the difference in paying of the calls and internet. I own this pre-paid line since 2001 and I usually top-up 5KD every three weeks, and it lasts for long period. Since these couple of months I usually recharge the line 10 KD every two weeks as well not even using it too much. I tried to contact the call centre and they informed me everything is fine. But I thought of visiting the company branch and each. Do you know there was over 13 service on this phone were it takes half KD every week without even using these services. It’s really waste of money and all of these issues were from sending SMS to any (91…./51…./61….) services.

The post-paid is really much better than the pre-paid, even when you think about it, the post-pond monthly paid of 35 KD with internet much better plan rather than paying 10KD every two weeks without even using it with the internet.

There was some tweet today morning about the two million chandelier got damaged twice. It was cased by some teenagers during walking around the mall. Unfortunately, its really rude for breaking down the mall asset, it costs really lot of money to fix it. I hope there could be a rule which could stop this miserable teenagers playing with expensive items.

One of our readers emailed us recently complaining of one advertisement and offer, one of the biggest company locally published.

Company (x)

Our reader Fadi saw an advertisement in the highways to subscribe and win a car weekly. He were interested in winning one of the luxury cars by just subscribing through the phone.

He followed the procedure, and after two weeks, he received a call from the company informing him to visit them and get the car. What do you think were there offer, just subscribe again in the service, drive the car for a period and get it back to us. But before getting the car we need you to have a photo for our publicity.

Here is the case, in marketing every advertisement has to get their lose to profit from any service. Most of these advertisements spent for publicity and repetition, but you don’t know what is behind this advertisement.

Why the Ministry of Commerce be in charge of all of these offers and advertisements in Kuwait.

P2BK 2012: 7th-10th March 2012 launched successfully with different new Kuwaiti businesses. In addition, the event were really organized with volunteers, staff and security as the organizing committee.

P2BK 2012 is placed in Mishref Exhibition Centre Hall 8 from 7-10 March 2012 (10-2am – 4-9pm).

From my point of view of P2BK 2012, I liked P2BK 2011 the reason is there were different creative passions and it was really organized. As well P2Bk is not segmented by businesses and booth, such as technology booth has fashion and catering booth next to it, this could not help the visitor to visit the segment his/her interested in. As well, the booths were not organized in a correct path and that confused me and the visitors as well. The foot court were the only section were segmented and even there were not signs on the ground or catchy board to direct the guests to visit the segment.

In all of the products/items has a manual guide to explain in details about the item. It guide and tutorial you how to use it correctly. Specially in our social cultural side, most of the people buy the item and throughout the manual guide without even understand the product purpose. The manual guide made to guide you how to use it safely, and perfectly to be consumable to use for long-period.

In addition, most of the fire and electrical accidents happens for not reading and educating yourself of how many Watt/Voltage needed to transform.

Kuwait one of the country has high demand of iPhone, iPod and iPad users. They are increasing everyday. But one thing, the new iOS 5 something built in called iMessage.

Lots of iPhone users in Kuwait don’t know this feature still. iMessage is like BBM or whatsapp, you could text free to any iPhone device without charging. As well it could be text, image or any media. Here is the case, why still people are not using it to communication to the social free of charge. What I think is the telecommunication companies locally are not educating the device users.

For now on, try to use iMessage. You could know the iMessage is active if the message interface changes to blue.
