I will check on your complain tomorrow (Inshalla). I’ll get back to you at 12 noon, is it Ok?

On Saturday I had to follow-up back with the consultant, hopefully my day went effectively and smoothly well.

Pleasure thanks to Dar AlShifa for following up with me regarding the appointment. I hope they could learn from these customers causes.

Last Saturday I planned to visit a consultant in Dar AlShifa Hospital. I’ve booked my appointment via phone which was 10.00 am. I was on time to able to see the doctor. The reception officer told me you have one patient before you. I sat one hour waiting for my turn and each patient goes and comes. I calmed to their supervisor, and the a day finished well.

Today , I went for a follow-up the same department and lady officer. I told her I need to see the consultant for follow-up. The time was 10.30am, I had to miss my 11.30am meeting for sitting there and waiting and waiting. The time went till 11.45am and still waiting. I had to come angry of their customer service and patient services. They are getting uncared with us. I had to complain about it by their administration and call centre, hopefully we will see a respond.

I am a client/patient with AlMowasat Hospital which they are really wonderful. They really care for the patient with their services and facilities. Never ever had experienced anything with them. My G.P is in AlMowasat they really love to see me when I visit them.

But I need to send one message either the hospital removes this lady or they close the department. Gosh..2hrs waiting, I could see a G.P in public hospital which last waiting an hour.

Thanks god we have new creativity from women’s (my sisters). Each year new thing (haba’a) comes out in Gergaan, Eid and other celebrations. Here they come I got my Eidiya from family and friends.

My brain went to childhood, when we get our Eidiya by waiting in a quite line with all these kids and fighting to be the first. Generation is the major things of changings.

Eidkom Mubarak and enjoy your Eid days.

Through out my educational path, I had different issues since I entered college. Anyways, I would like to share my review and opinion between public and private universities.

I really prefer everyone who are in the way of graduating of high-school to try to apply for any public universities locally or internationally. I was in a local private university for two years after graduating from the college. Really these two years went without a successful and changes. The main problem was no organization in the management, and no full control. There are some of the private universities which are good, but most of them are commercially taken for trying failing the students to repeat and repeat the semester.

All of the people in the public universities are successful well and happy in their education path.

I just took this huge step, for changing my major which I already know and experience in. This could help me in my projects and daily work.

As I’ve mentioned recently Garga’an Garga’an Time [Update]. I’ve received my first gergaian today from my nephew & nieces. I think this year people are more with the character spongebob. I kept these sweets on my office which looks amazing.
