AlHamra Tower: Oud Night Play

I posted last week about Oud Play In AlHamra Tower. This week another Oud Play continued at AlHamra Tower, played by the Oud Player – Sami AlBader. Therefore I added up on my calendar to visit AlHamra Mall at 08.30pm. Around 08.45pm the Oud play started and I came up with these videos which I’ve recorded through my visit and enjoying the play with cup of coffee at one of AlHamra’s Cafes.

The Oud play continues also again this week on Thursday night from 08.30pm – 11.00pm. I really recommend you to attend, listen and enjoy the atmosphere.

Oud Play In AlHamra Tower

I saw AlHamra Tower Instagram this week posting up about oud play night at AlHamra Mall. I planned to visit up this week play, but got busy with extra tasks. Therefore, HiKuwait Blog posted up a short oud play happened last Monday in AlHamra Mall. The oud play is available weekly on Monday and Thursday.

Twitter #Music is officially released now to the public. Twitter #Music is a new service that will change the way people find music, based on Twitter. It uses Twitter activity, including Tweets and engagement, to detect and surface the most popular tracks and emerging artists.

It also brings artists’ music-related Twitter activity front and center: go to their profiles to see which music artists they follow and listen to songs by those artists. And, of course, you can tweet songs right from the app.

Currently it’s available in US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. There will be upcoming version for the Android also.

A Day With AlWatan Radio Station

AlWatan Radio one of the highly upcoming radio stations in Kuwait. AlWatan Radio started streaming before two months ago through developing their own smart-phone applications.

AlWatan Radio streaming now by downloading their application through AppStore (iPhone) or PlayStore (Android), as well you can listen to their station through your computer by visit AlWatan Radio website.

New programs are coming up through AlWatan Radio. Last Thursday, I visit AlWatan Radio Station at 52 degrees located in Shuwaikh. As I had a chance to listen live at their station with OmarShow Program. Their will be lots exciting plans coming up for the radio station.

Operetta Kuwait Amana

In a yearly base, their have to be an operetta organized in Kuwait. The recent ones were Kuwait for those who love her operetta and Operetta 7amy ElDistoor. Today was the operetta for this year and it’s named as (Kuwait Amana). I haven’t watched it full but I saw the last couple of scenes on Youtube. It will be repeated time to time at AlWatan TV.

Aswat Music Dance Show

The band RYSHA CODA, composed of musicians and dancers from France, Yemen, Belgium and Palestine, will perform on Monday, December the 3^rd at 7.30 pm on the stage of the famous Gharnata Theater (Abraq Khaitan),the oldest theater in Kuwait. For this unique show, Kuwaiti traditional musicians and dancers form Loyac will join the international artists.

Aswat is organized on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Kuwaiti disabled sport club.

Ticket on sale for 5KD from Sunday, November 25^th in the following outlets: French Institute (Jabriyah), Loyac (Sharq - Kuwait City), French School (Salmiya) and Carrefour (The Avenues).

The Avenues Ceremony

Today [Friday] The Avenues celebrated with her guests with a lovely show by Back Stage Group. The ceremony started from IKEA till the new The Grand Avenues Phase 3 of The Avenues Mall.

At that time, I was at The Avenues having some lunch at Starbucks. Due to the crowd and traffic there I keep following the show from the first floor.

Really loved the celerbation and the new Avenues music.

The famous AlGaaylaa Radio Station show launches tomorrow this upcoming [Thursday 20th September 2012], their first exclusive ladies show Gaaylat ElBanat on Radio FM 103.7 Kuwait. Basically, this show is going to air every Thursday and will be focusing mainly on women.

The hosts of Gaaylat ElBanat are going to be Huda Hussain, Marwa Bin Sghaier and Hana Abdulrahman. Gaaylat ElBanat consisting of many segments and exclusive interviews.
