Does People Forget How To Smile?

HappySmileIf you want to be old quickly and get some grey hairs, just keep yourself stressed and getting angry. Well, it’s really difficult now getting someone with a happy smile in every morning. I wake up everyday around 8am and drive down to work. In mid of the traffic I don’t see a person with a happy smily face and everyone angry/frustrated.

VIVA 4G LTE Need’s Improvement

VIVAKuwait4GWhen VIVA Kuwait Goes LTE, I’ve switched to 4G LTE VIVA Service. I kept testing their coverage for a month, what I see is really poor service coverage in most of areas in Kuwait. I sat in my office (Kuwait City Area) on the 6th of April 2013, and I saw the service changes every minutes. That’s still happen’s to me in most of the areas when I switched to LTE.

I really don’t recommend anyone to switch to LTE now because you will still get the same issue that I’m getting. Sometimes my mobile moves to no service for minutes and switch back to normal.

Mama Lita’s Authentic Mexican Food

LitaResturantI’m not that a big fan of Mexican Food, but I began to love Mexican Food after tasting Mama Lita Restaurant. Yesterday night I visited Mama Lita’s Authentic Mexican Food Restaurant located in Mahboula. I ate different fast food Mexican Food before, but I really loved Mama Lita’s Food

LitaMexicanTacoThe most thing that you really love in eating Lita’s food are the quality, fresh, way it’s cooked, ingredients and Mexican style. Every part of the your meal is made in house and nothing none of their foods are frozen. Everyday 3am fresh vegetables, meats and all products arrive’s to the restaurant and all made daily by daily.

I was served with different Mexican Food such as Tacos, Burritos, Carne Can Chili Verde and Picadillo. The most thing I really liked are the ingredients, salsa’s and freshly cooked. For desserts, I tasted Churros with Nutella Chocolate added on. Churros is much delicious because it’s done on spot with special way of cooking.

At the end, I’ve marked Mama Lita’s Restaurant on my top favorite Mexican Food because you feel with the authentic Mexican Food made without any additional ingredients added on. I rate their food only 09/10. The restaurant open’s from 4am – 11pm daily and delivery is available at the working hours time. SamsungGalaxyS4Samsung Galaxy S4 is now available in Kuwait market. Companies started launching their prices with huge competitive differences. I visited XCITE Online Store to reserve a device and it was sold out all since two days ago. I’m welling to get one, but within the next few days.

Kuwait Traffic Cases: Traffic Light & Seat Belt Tickets To Jail or 500KD

KuwaitTrafficLawI think the Ministry of Interior is getting tight with traffic laws. There are two real cases that I heard from my close friends one of them are Kuwaiti and other is Egyptian.

My Egyptian friend is my personal barber, he was stopped by one of the policemen in Shuwaikh and sent to the police department. His case was two traffic light tickets are noted under his name. He will be sent out of the country and cancel his resident because two traffic light tickets.

The second case is from also one of my Kuwaiti friends. He wasn’t wearing the seat belts and he was also sent to the police department to issue a traffic case of not wearing the seating belt. He got two choices whether he pay 500KD or stay for three weeks in jail.

Do you think these cases will be spread more in the country and will the people in the street still respect the traffic laws.

AlNowairBite2SmileBite2Smile is campaign created by AlNowair, through which we are encouraging to take a picture of themselves or someone else, biting into a pencil and post it on their Instagram accounts.

The campaign

The campaign will last till the 20th of May.

The contest

To make things interesting we have turned this activity into a contest, where people can post pictures and hashtag them at #bkeifibite2smile and the picture with the highest number of likes at the end of the month will win an amazing goodie bag.

The science

The Bite2Smile campaign is based on the “As if Theory” by Psychologist James Laird. The theory states that when you ‘do’ something, then you experience the feelings that are normally associated with‘doing’ that something. Like smiling can make you feel happy and frowning can make you feel sad. Hence, by acting as if you are happy or a certain type of person you become happy or that certain type of person – and that is what we call the “As If” principle.

The mission

We know that emotions cause us to behave in certain ways. Feeling happy makes you smile, and feeling sad makes you frown. However, this commonsense view is incomplete and we want to educate people about it. Expressions (smile/frown) don’t need to be the result of our emotions (happy/sad), even a fake smile has the power to make you  happy and we want people to know this and practice it.

TwitterKuwaitQ8Path was one of great fan of Twitter since it came popular in the Gulf and Kuwait. We started using Twitter since 2011 when the trend of it increased and people are all moving from Facebook to Twitter.

Why Q8Path stopped tweeting because we see that people, business and organizations all moving to Instagram. Especially, the trend of Instagram has increased quickly locally. Twitter now is full with politics, news and fights between each others without any benefits.

Personally, I open the Twitter account only every morning to check the latest news and close it up till the next day. Instagram is one of the best social media channel for me personally and Q8path, as it’s benefiting more than Twitter. Of course sharing the photos on Instagram to Twitter is the way for keeping our account active on Twitter.
