    Hello everyone,

A lot of people inquire about how to  properly exercise during the Holy month. It is a sensitive issue which a lot of misunderstand, therefore I decided to highlight on this issue today.

During the Holy month of Ramadan, you can still train and achieve your weight loss goals while combined with healthy eating and proper nutrition. But when to excersice? That is a very important question.

Never train early in the morning during Ramadan when you are only going to eat at 6:30 pm. The long period between your training and break-fast will dehydrate you to some level and torture you. A 5% decrease of your body’s water needs would  decrease 10%  of your blood thickness, which leads to headaches, dizziness, and all sort of pain. Therefore, you have to be cautious on picking the right time to excersice in Ramadan.

The best excercise you can do is to have a long walk right before Fotor time. Lets say you go for a walk at 4pm until 5 pm, it would be ‘Perfect’ given that you’ll have only one hour left for Fotor.

Enjoy it and Happy Ramadan to everyone.

    Kind Regards, and Stay Strong

    Nice Try

August 6th, 2010 | Posted by Khalil in Health | Kuwait Life | World Life - (2 Comments)

Well these two days, the media is talking about airport staff which they smoke in non-smoking area. Therefore, the airport direct have announced today in AlWatan Newspaper the new policy were if anyone smoke in the terminal building their licences will be withdrawn. Well this is a nice try, but we will see if anyone following this policy or not. As most of their staff and passengers also don’t follow the policy smoking in the terminal, and in most of the airports in the world, they do not allow anyone to smoke inside the terminal building.

I really hope everyone here follow the policy for not smoking is some of the public areas such as airport, hospitals, cafe’s and etc.

    Till When Doctors…

    July 5th, 2010 | Posted by Khalil in Health | Kuwait Life | Personal - (2 Comments)

That is the second week that I’m daily visiting Mubarak Al-Kabeer hospital regarding my medicines. All the doctors are in leave and their are now one to request me a medicines. That’s really back management, the head of the department was available today, and they reduced to request me until the doctor comes, and each one tells you something. Come on, no management, no system, your folder is lost, no medicine for one month.

So overall, my best solution is to visit a private hospital and pay for your life rather waiting for these doctors to come back from their holidays.
