What Do You Think of InfoConnect Expo 2012?

InfoConnect Expo. Begins 29 January 2012 started yesterday, today morning I had chance visit up the exhibition. Well, I don’t really think that interesting, it is the same as every year. But this year its all mobiles, it should be technology in general laptops, computers and machinery. There is one disadvantage, each telecommunication company took their own hall to put their product and resellers. So where are the rest of the companies in Kuwait such as Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba and etc. All what I see is “rubbish” of mobiles and telecommunications contracts and offers.

Wish Gitex is in Kuwait, which InfoConnect should be.

Through an annual process, InfoConnect exbihition is back this year. InfoConnect is an exhibition were covers all technology, elections and electrical items/companies in one area.

The exhibition starts from 29 JAN 2012 – 02 FEB 2012 at Kuwait Internation Exhibition Centre (Mishref) Hall (5,6,7).

Hope it will be more effective this year.

Wataniya: Give Kuwait 2 Press Conference

Wataniya held a press conference today at The Sheraton Hotel. The press conference to speech the upcoming campaign of Give Kuwait 2. Give Kuwait 1 Wataniya: GiveKuwait Photo Exhibition went perfectly successful with huge amount of participators were joint sharing their images and videos.

Give Kuwait 2 have new different activities such as seminars, workshops and exhibitions for the Kuwaiti entrepreneurs and small businesses. The registration will be free with no any guidelines. The number of small businesses will be only 70 people. The exhibition is scheduled on May 2012 in Mishref Exhibition Centre for 5 days. Give Kuwait 2 is sponsored by Kuwait Small Projects Development Company (KSPDC), AlImiaz Investment Company.

Wataniya will also help and sponsor all the participators with the marketing and business plans, although will spread the message with huge marketing campaign.

GulfRun 7 Car Show

GulfRun, an annual motorsport event, started in 2005 as a weekend getaway for a group of friends passionate about automobile racing. The goal behind GulfRun was simple; promote automobile racing and training in a safe and secure environment. The purpose was to avoid street racing, reduce car accidents, and educate drivers on proper driving techniques.

GulfRun 7 started GulfRun Getting Ready: Super Car Wash, to start showing the participating cars at 360 Mall on (13-14 Jan 2012). There are lots of wonderful cars which I haven’t seen till now in real life.

Their were over 30 cars presenting at the car show, as it well organized. Have a tour and enjoy it!.

Expo Coverage: CAPS ON GUST

Yesterday night, I’ve spent my time having a tour at CAPS ON AT GUST: 14 & 15 December 2011 event which were really wonderful. I had some of the tour of small businesses such as accessories, fashion, art and specially the catering. I most wonderful thing was the “Talk Show” which was in traditional Kuwaiti style.

Wish all the best to the students and don’t forget to visit them up today also.

AUM: B.EXPO

AUM Business Society is organizing an expo named by “B.Expo”. The aim of the expo to help out Kuwaiti and non-Kuwait small businesses to expand and expose their work to all college and university students.

Date: Monday 26th – Wednesday 28th of December 2011

Time: 2pm – 10pm

Location: AUM Campus Egaila 

Everyone is welcome and there will be no entry fee. There are also other activities going on besides the booths (bossa ball, on stage shows, bbq, and more..)
