Energy Drinks?? Before hours I visit Rumithiya Co-op and saw new promotions and energy drinks added next to the juices. Well, I think energy drinks got more public, specially when during high school we were not allowed to drink or get an energy drink inside school.

Tonino Lamborghini is the first energy drink I saw which had high promotions in the co-op. The second energy drink is Redbull Shots added next to the energy drinks in the shelf. What I knew from Europe market, that Redbull Shots is used to be sell only for athletes.

Truthfully, I haven’t tasted any energy drinks in my life specially what I know medically they have effects to humans.

From my personal experience in technology and multimedia. Recently, I had a quick research through most of the large firms in Kuwait websites. Most of the known and large firms locally don’t invest in re-designing/re-developing their own website. Even the content, data, information and details are old and haven’t updated since ages.

Why a corporates/businesses have to invest on their websites?

  • To provide latest news and promotions
  • Share their work/portfolio
  • Building network
  • Provide company profile
  • Way to contact the company through phone, email or social media
  • Communication
  • Reflect of the company background

These opportunities above are the reflect of the company. Specially these days, people are reflecting the company/business work by their website design and content. E.G. A website professionally designed and updated content can lead to the best firm.

So building a clean and professional website with updated content can help to make business locally and internationally. Even websites can now easily made and managed with different applications.

For last, since one year ago there was a strategy from the ministry of communication to able any customer to switch his/her mobile number to any operator in Kuwait. Before a while, the Minister of Communication – Mr.Salem AlAtheena announced the approval of the customers to switch any telecommunication.

The procedure takes just 24hrs and costs 5KD. Still nothing is announced where and how to submit the orders. There will be an authorized company by the ministry which does all these services.

So let me know which company/carrier would you switch from to a new telecommunication company.

I remember when I’m young to visit the local fish market every once a week with family. But before couple of days, I passed by AlMubarikya Fish Market just to enter the other side of AlMubarikya Market to pick-up some items. At that time there was an auction of the brokers. I was really disappointed specially on the way of dealing with the auction, as well when brokers and stores flight to get the best bit.

I had a quick look and each broker sells his own prices and when the store-man buys the basket, they sell it more than double to the market. By the end of the auction, I saw on of the store owners and ask him about the prices. He says in Kuwait market the fish market is really hard to control specially when the stores have to buy from the brokers and which they are playing with the prices as everyone has his own bit to sell.

Before I bought this item I haven’t understood what it do. But during my recent China Guangzhou Trip I founded the stores selling this item with cheap price. HandyScan is a manual scan device of any document/paper with colour/black documents. Either it can be charged or placed by batteries to work. All of the scanned documents saves to a SDMicro Memory with two versions of Word and PDF document.

Through testing procedure, it worth to get one and use it for some important documents so I could have as a soft-copy. I don’t really know if it can be find in Kuwait. It cost around 4KD for the device with 8GB SDMicro memory.
