We have been emailed from Human Rights Watch. Human Rights Watch has organized a campaign in Kuwait regarding domestic workers in Kuwait during the month of October and the campaign is a way to shed a light regarding the rights of domestic workers.

About The Campaign

We believe many people in Kuwait are insufficiently aware of domestic workers’ rights, and that they would be outraged if they knew of the indignities or injustice some workers suffer. Through a public campaign in Kuwait, we aim to raise public awareness of common problems these workers face. So far, four local civil society groups have signed on to support the campaign: the Kuwait Society for Human Rights, the Kuwait Society for Fundamental Human Rights, the Kuwait Social Work Society, and the Kuwait Center for Expatriates’ Rights. We continue to build even wider support.

We will release a series of five images that encourage fair treatment of domestic workers and raise key issues (sample images enclosed in end of brief). The advertisements encourage employers to pay wages on time, give workers a day off, and provide enough food. They discourage name-calling, yelling, slapping, and beating workers.

Playbook is usually more useful for businesses men, and included high featured specifications. The company unveiled its tablet computer to much anticipation at its developer conference, Devcon, in San Francisco. We are back again with our routine. Today, was our first day back to university, I really hate waking back again in the morning with the huge traffic. I was counting how many days till our next holiday, so the result was 43 days till Eid Al-Atha.
